Deleting a Contact as a Salesperson.

To delete a contact, first search for the customer using the search box in the top right of the screen.
Select contact and check phone number or email to ensure that the individual you are deleting is the appropriate one and not a person with the same name.
If you are satisfied, click on the customer name in the customer details box.
Check the ‘To Delete’ box in the bottom left of the screen. You may need to scroll down to see it.
Finally click ‘OK‘ to forward the contact on to your manager for permanent deletion.
